These events are a partnership between individuals,
RCSCF and organisers of events and activities

The event or activity organiser reserves places for RCSCF so that Rotary charity entries can take part in the event or activity even although it might be full and closed to normal entrants. Each Rotary charity entrant has to have previously pledged to raise a pre-determined sum for charities and good causes.

Once they have entered the event or activity itself each entrant receives a 'Welcome' e-mail from RCSCF. This contains the information to enable them to become an active Rotary Charity Fundraiser. Having become active, a personal Fundraiser Pack is despatched. If they are taking part in an IRONMAN event they also subsequently receive an Event Pack and Event Extra pack, depending on the event or activity they have entered and the pledge they have made, at specific points during their fundraising. Finally each Rotary Charity Fundraiser receives a refund of their entry fee from RCSCF once they have reached their pledged amount.

In addition, in each of the IRONMAN UK events, the top fundraiser can win a bespoke built tri-bike worth £2,700 subject to the terms governing each event.
